Description
The winemaking Bousquet family relocated from Carcassonne in southern France to Mendoza in 1997 – and they haven’t looked back. Their strict adherence to organic principles and meticulous care and sensitivity throughout the winemaking process ensures that the natural flavours of the grapes express themselves to the full once poured from the bottle to the glass.
A four month-long maceration ensures that the maximum amount of flavour has been extracted from the skins of the Malbec grapes. flavours of plum fruits, chocolate, coffee, caramel, spice and marmalade are apparent with a well balanced natural acidity. A delicious way to end dinner, serve it at no more than 15°c
Drink this delicious wine on its own or with chocolatey desserts, or even cheese.
