Cantina Bernardi is located in the heart of the classic area of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Created in 1960 by Mansueto Bernardi, now in a third generation of vintners who continue the work and initiative of their father and grandfather. Situated near the village of Refrontolo, a village known for its warm climate and picturesque landscape, this family run business has become notorious for its production of high quality certified Organic wines using the latest technology whilst respecting traditional methods of vinification.
Produced from 100% Organic Glera which in harvested manually, fermented a low temperature in stainless steel, this Prosecco is off-dry with a clean fresh palate. Green and citrus fruits with a hint of pear are apparent with a good and well balanced concentration and a good length on the finish.
This is an excellent aperitif but would also pair well with Shellfish and Seafood.
