Nyetimber Rosé N.V

The Vineyards of Nyetimber share similar characteristics with the best sparkling wine vineyards in the world. Located accross several sites in Sussex, Hampshire and Kent the vines are suited to the Greensand and Chalk soils and with their south facing slopes, take full advantage of the English summer sunshine for ripening of the grapes and harvest. Using only estate-grown grapes ensures that only the finest fruit is used.  All wines at Nyetimber are produced using the traditional method, ageing them for extended periods of time to build complexity and flavour before release.

This Nyetimber Rose is an soft antique rose colour with lovely tiny bubbles.  Aromas of fresh red fruits and intriguing spice notes of lavender. The palate has a creamy round texture with refreshing raspberry and cherry flavours. High intensity with a full but soft texture and a long sublime finish.

Perfect with Salmon fillets, Crab, Veal, Guinea Fowl
