This family business is into its fifth generation! Brothers Alexander and Martin took over from their father Norbert in 2011. The brothers set out on a radical, even controversial path to show German wines in a new and irreverent light with amazing labels if not, sometimes controversial!! their wines are brilliantly made from the rolling hills of the Pfalz and their vineyards in and around Landau-Nussdorf.
This delicious Merlot is a deep ruby red colour with lovely aromas of red berries, dominant blackberry, and a subtle hint of blueberry following through to the palate with noticeable but well balanced tannins with a lovely warming finish.
Delicious served with a Steak, Confit Duck, Coq au Vin or Mature Cheese.
