Meinklang, is an original, diverse farm run by a large family in the middle of the world cultural heritage of the national park on the eastern Neusiedlersee in Austria right on the border with the Hungarian lowlands. And in fact this wine is made from grapes grown on part of their Estate which is actually situated in Hungary. If you want a wine that is as close to nature as possible, this is it. It’s biodynamic, unfiltered, suitable for both vegetarians and vegans and made with full awareness of the importance of working with nature to ensure natural harmony between every facet of vineyard, and winemaking process.
Produced from Hárslevelü grapes this wine is packed with ripe stone fruit, accompanied by heady florals and with hints of bright citrus and spice. A firm core of acidity balances the impressive flavours and concentrated minerality.
This unique wine is robust enough to be paired with spicy dishes, especially vegetable-based ones, but can also be paired with soft cheeses.
