Located in the Languedoc Roussillon region of the South of France, Domaine du Peras has been in the same family since 1650.The 38 hectare estate of clay and limestone vineyards is managed and owned by Mathieu Merlet. Domaine du Peras produces wines of great diversity, choosing to focus on single grape varietals. Grapes are always harvested at night to maximise freshness and fruitiness.
Produced from 100% Cinsault, with an attractive pale pink colour, this is a light and refreshing Rose with aromas of Raspberry and Grenadine and some floral notes. An easy drinking wine which expresses itself delightfully on the finish.
Perfect as and aperitif or served with Seafood, Shellfish and light Mediteranean dishes.
