Description
Chateau L’Ecuyer is located in the appellation of Pomerol on the Right Bank of the Gironde in Bordeaux. The estate is small only 3 hectares, the vines average 40 years old and are grown on gravel and limestone soil. After manual harvest the grapes are fermented in stainless steel and then aged in new French Oak for 18 months.
Made from from 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, this Wine has aromas of plums, cherries, black fruit with hint of vanilla and spices. Perfectly structured Tannins and acidity leave a long impressive finish.
Perfect with Roast Beef, Lamb, Venison
