The historic Château Bellini which was established in the 10th Century, and is now owned by renowned winemaker Tom Bove who has completely renovated it to its former glory, combines unique terroir and modern techniques to produce exceptional wines including this dry, aromatic rosé.

This wine can be drunk on its own, but it is also an ideal accompaniment to fish, white meat and, surprisingly, a range of desserts.
