Description
Charles Camille Heidsieck was born in 1822 and grew up on the Heidsieck Champagne House which was founded by his great uncle. When he was 29, Charles founded his own House after travelling to America and introducing them to the Champagne Trade.
This champagne has real complexity, a powdery pink colour with hints of wild rose. Aromas of fresh strawberry and peaches give way to flavours of strawberries and raspberries with a velvety touch of whipped cream.
Delightful with Shellfish, Salmon, Tuna and Soft Mild Cheeses.
