Description
Casa de Cello is a family business that has been dedicated to winemaking in their estates for 4 generations. Located in the heart of Entre-Douro and Minho region, near Amarante, currently, 14 hectares of vineyards are managed, with the varieties Arinto, Alvarinho, Malvasia Fina, Loureiro, Avesso and Trajadura, which make Quinta de San Joanne wines. As an independent wine-grower, Casa de Cello controls every stage of the process, from the vineyard to the commercialisation of the wines. All cultivation, harvest, vinification, aging and bottling in carried out at the Quinta.
This Vinho Verde is a light, refreshing wine with lots of floral and green fruit notes. It has a high acidity with a long minerally finish.
Excellent with Langoustine, Crab, Lobster, also Appetisers and snacks.
