Bellwether, was created by Sue Bell who has worked for some of the smallest and biggest wine companies in the world, with experience in most South Australian regions, Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania and vintages in California and Bordeaux. Sue has served on numerous industry boards at a regional, state and national level. Wrattonbully is an amazing region with exceptional sites situated over world heritage listed limestone caves in the Limestone Coast. it lies between Padthaway and Coonawarra in the terra rossa-rich rolling hill country of South Australia’s Naracoorte Ranges. This award-winning wine region is home to nearly 50 grape growers and 20 wine producers.
Wrattonbully Shiraz/Malbec has notes of eucalyptus and oaky spice with earthy flavours of Plum, Cherry, Chocolate, Pepper and Anise. Great texture, hints of velvet. smooth tannins finish off this interesting blend
Great with Rich meat dishes, particularly roast beef or venison. Also good with barbecued meats.
